Where do you ship?+
We ship across Australia and New Zealand from our Melbourne studio, and worldwide — including UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia and the EU.
How long does delivery take?+
Within Australia: 1–4 business days for standard, 1–2 days for express. New Zealand: 4–8 days. Rest of world: 5–14 business days.
Are these authentic designer pieces?+
Yes — every piece is sourced directly from the original brand or boutique in Pakistan. No replicas, ever.
Can I pay with Afterpay?+
Yes — Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards are available at checkout.
Can I request a custom size or alteration?+
Many of our pieces can be made-to-measure. Message us on WhatsApp before placing the order — these are sourced from Pakistan and take 2–4 weeks.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn items in original condition can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Custom-sized pieces are final sale.
